Our pricing structure is clear and straight forward to minimize surprises. We provide no pressure advice, options, answer questions and a quote to fit your needs. When calling Clearview we will ask you what services you are interested in getting a quote for. After reviewing your property online from an aerial/street view, we will go over our price breakdown and procedures for the services requested. Onsite estimates are available for more complicated jobs. Our pricing for each service depends on some of the following things.
We charge a per window price that will depend on the type of windows you have. Individual paned window are more per window than open glass windows. To make the pricing process faster please count your window, glass doors, transoms and sidelights before calling to discuss the window cleaning.
Many variables depend on the price such as the amount of trees around the property, linear foot of gutter, pitch/height of the roof and whether you have any type of screens or guards covering the gutters.
Low pressure house washing prices depend on the size of the property, height, type of siding and If you have a screen porch. Our driveway cleaning, stone, rock, deck and fence cleaning is based on a square foot price.
Our safe non pressure roof stain removal/cleaning service will be based on the size of the roof. Pitch, condition and type of shingles you have.
When your scheduled appointment time arrives, one of our crew leaders will call you in route to your property to give you an estimated time of arrival. Upon arriving the crew leader will introduce himself and verify what services were requested. They will then walk around the outside of your property referring to the phone estimate and provide you an exact price for each service before starting any work. We are happy to provide estimates on other services you may be interested in for future cleaning. Once the estimate is written, presented and agreed upon, we will get to work and not stop until the job is completed.
