Low Pressure House Washing

Our low pressure house washing service includes cleaning your home from the ground to the gutters. This will include all siding, fascia, soffit, shutters, window frames, painted surfaces and the outside of the gutters. This low pressure detergent cleaning provides a great general cleanup. This type of cleaning is designed for removing mold, mildew, algae, spiders/webs, surface dirt and also sanitizes the surfaces. Our standard house wash service does not include items such as interior gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, decks, driveways or fencing. We do offer these services at a separate cost. This low pressure method of cleaning may not remove some stains such as red clay, rust, vertical black lines on the face of gutters and oxidation (chalky paint that is failing from the exterior elements).

Roof cleaning is a crucial part of a proper home maintenance routine. Not only will the roof look brand new but you can relax in knowing your shingles will live out their full life. The black stains you see on your roof is a bacteria called Gloeocapsa magma. This type of bacteria feeds on the limestone filler in shingles. If left untreated it will drastically decrease the life of your roof. Our preferred soft wash method will safely remove all stains from your roof providing 100 percent results. Our non pressure roof cleaning methods are approved by American manufacturers association/tamko gaf and will not void your warranty or damage your shingles.

Driveways, Walkways, Patios, & Hardscapes

Our professionally trained technicians know exactly what type of detergents, pressure, and technique to use on your various surfaces. We will use surface cleaners on all flat surfaces such as driveways, walkways, patios and curbing. Surface cleaners allow us to evenly clean without causing stripes or damage to the concrete. We use a pressure washing wand with a variety of different nozzles and pressure to clean vertical surfaces including block walls, stack stone and hardscapes. After cleaning and rinsing the area being cleaned, we apply a post treatment to remove any spores from mold, mildew, algae and bacteria that may be deep in the pores of the surface. This will also brighten the surface and help keep It clean longer.

Deck and Fence Cleaning

Whether your deck or fence has stain/paint on it or just pressure treated wood, we have the knowledge to clean it right the first time. Wood that has been stained or painted will be cleaned using a soft wash method that will not damage the wood or paint. The detergent and surfactants we use will do the cleaning not the water pressure. This method will also sanitize the surface. Wood that has not been stained or painted will have a grey dull look to them. We safely remove the grey with a medium psi and mild detergent to restore the wood to its original color. The cleaning of wood without stain or paint requires more time and labor but makes a the wood look new again.

Gutter Cleaning Services

Clearview window cleaning and pressure washing llc has provided gutter and downspout cleaning to the Canton area since 2005. We safely remove all debris from your gutter system including clearing off the valleys. While cleaning your gutters we also clear out any clogged downspouts to make sure they are flowing properly. After clearing all gutters and downspouts we will clean and blow the grounds around the building, bushes, decking to make the grounds look better than before we arrived

Window Cleaning Services

There are two different types of window cleaning, the hand cleaned method and the pure water fed pole system cleaning. Here at ClearView we incorporate both methods and techniques depending on many factors such as height, type of windows and how recent the windows have been cleaned. Our hand window cleaning method includes a detail cleaning of each window. We first will open your window while inside and wipe out the track, we then apply a soap and water mixture with a soft bristled brush, scrub the window, squeegee it and dry the ledges and clean the sill. This method will leave your windows spotless and streak free. Our pure water fed pole window cleaning method allows us to safely clean your exterior windows from the ground. The results of this 3 step filtration system leaves the glass gleaming and spot free. We only use the highest quality equipment available to the market to help better the cleaning process and to leave you with a ClearView. Clearview uses stabilizers with rubber pads to protect your siding and prevents the ladder from resting on your building and gutters.
